Shipping policy

Where we ship

DOZZI ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories, APO/FPO, and military addresses are excluded unless carrier service is confirmed in advance.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Estimated transit is 5-10 business days after dispatch, for a normal total estimate of 6-13 business days after ordering. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather, address problems, and carrier disruption can extend this estimate.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for $6.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

Where orders ship from

Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner in China and shipped directly to your US address on a tracked international service.

Customs and import duties

Import duties on your order are paid by DOZZI before your parcel is dispatched. You will not be asked to pay customs or import charges to receive your delivery. Any state sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays and address problems

Email us promptly if an address is incorrect or tracking shows a material delay. If we cannot meet a promised shipping timeframe, we will contact you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
