These Terms of Service govern your use of dozzi.store and purchases from DOZZI. The store is operated by Protiga Company Limited, Business Registration No. 64882012. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.

Online store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use store content or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen colors, handmade or textile characteristics, and measurements may vary reasonably. Product descriptions are informational and are not medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including availability, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Billing and shipping information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Contact hello@dozzi.store promptly about an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Shipping and refunds

Processing, delivery, tracking, destination, customs, and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee, what it covers, how to claim it, and how refunds are issued are set out in our Refund Policy. We do not require you to return the product in order to receive a refund under that guarantee. Those policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The DOZZI name, branding, site design, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Protiga Company Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on Shopify and may link to or use payment, logistics, analytics, and other third-party services, including Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

Errors and corrections

We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, or other store errors and update information. Where a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protiga Company Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss caused by your unlawful misuse of the store or material breach of these terms.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Entire agreement and changes

These terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement concerning your use of the store. We may update them for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date above identifies the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. DOZZI sells to customers in the United States and complies with applicable United States consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
